McGeachie Tartan
Although there is no official McGeachie Tartan at present, there are two tartans that are associated with MacDonald of Clanranald both registered by the Tartan Authority of Scotland. Either of these tartans can be worn to show an association to MacDonald of Clanranald.

Proposed McGeachie Tartan Design

Thread Count - Y2, K12, LH64, K24, DR24, P18, DB12, W2.
Due to the fact that most weaving mills will only weave a maximum of 6 colours my proposed thread count has been changed, we have changed the DB12 for the existing colour K12.
When designing a new Tartan you should be aware the most Tartan Designs will only have 6 colours.

New Thread Count - Y2, K12, G64, K24, DR24, P18, K12, W2, Scottish Tartans World Register No: WR3240, and International Tartan Index Certificate No 7291.
Colours: Y-yellow K-black G-green DR-dark red P-purple W-white.
